Hampton by Hilton
Batumi
A 4-star hotel in the historic city centre of Batumi on Rustaveli Avenue. Operated by Tourinvest Group under the Hampton by Hilton franchise, construction was completed in autumn 2025. Signy LLC served as General Designer across all three design stages: Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design.

Pulkovo International Airport — Large-Scale Reconstruction, Stage 1
Russia
Client: Northern Capital Gateway. Role: General Designer. Concept development in collaboration with Grimshaw Architects, Pascall+Watson, and Ramboll Group. Project design development. Approvals and official project design review support. Environmental compliance support including Environmental Protection, Waste Handling and Disposal Procedures, and hazardous waste passports.
Domodedovo International Airport — Terminal T-3
Russia
Client: DKM JSC. Organisation of comprehensive engineering surveys. Terminal interior design project. Development of design documentation.
Domodedovo International Airport — Terminal T-2 (Reconstruction & New Construction)
Russia
Client: Domodedovo Construction Management. Terminal T-2 opened in 2023 under the concept of "under one roof". Total area: 235,475 m². Land plot: 100,260 m². Structural volume: 1,447,773 m³. Capacity: up to 25 million passengers/year. 18 teletraps, 22 gates, 168 passport control channels. Commercial "clean zone": 13,150 m² including 7,220 m² Duty Free.
Pashkovsky International Airport — Masterplan
Russia
Full masterplan for Krasnodar International Airport. Projected facilities include: Airport Complex (AVK), VIP terminal, cargo terminal, administrative and office buildings, parking lots. Service and technical territory (MRO, fuel station). Airfield facilities including radio engineering, apron (passenger, cargo, VIP), taxiways, command and control tower. Transport interchange hub (HSR, Aeroexpress, commuter trains). Hotel, office buildings, exhibition complex and commercial facilities.
Strigino International Airport — New Passenger Terminal
Russia
Client: Airports of the Regions Management Company. Total area: underground part 1,455 m², aboveground part 26,415 m². Construction volume: underground 5,690 m³, aboveground 172,130 m³. 3 floors (with basement). Passenger traffic capacity: 950,000 passengers/year.
Sheremetyevo International Airport — Terminal B & Parking C1/C2
Russia
Client: ADP Engineering (France). Terminal B: Total area 100,000 m². Passenger traffic: 15 million passengers/year. Consulting services: feasibility study and master planning in collaboration with ADP Engineering. Parking C1/C2: Consulting and architectural concept development for multi-storey parking facilities.
